Need to rebuild plan and re-sign for 3 years, help from bell reps please?

I'm looking to re-sign in a few weeks and realized I need to rebuild my plan from the ground up, the problem is that the client solutions reps only seem to want to build from existing retail plans and will increase my monthly bill by at least a third. What I need is the following:

base plan:
300 daytime minutes

add-ons/features:
6pm evenings
call display
200 long distance minutes
200 outgoing texts
1gb-6gb of data

trying to get these under for $45 a month before tax.

Would any bell reps be able to give some insight into what sort of retentions base plan (and its code) I should start building from?
