Thank you so much, that is helpful!

I looked through both helps, and I still cannot find which button changes the word it guesses when texting using T9, so if anyone can help, I would LOVE to know! I'm really stumped!

    Thanks again!

Well, the asterisk (star) is the most common key for that.
It's been the key on every T9 (and iTap) phone I've ever used.
(1 is for punctuation, period, coma, apostrophe, hyphen, etc)

Open the native browser, go to the home page, select downloads, then select games to get to the games site. You'll find them there. Hope that helps, if not post again.
Did that and it loaded into Games. But when I attach to computer, I don't see LG folder, I only see my 4GB SD and when I look in that I see the Games/Apps folder with the Platinum Solitare in there. Confusing to me because I thought I would see a LG folder and the Platinum in Games in that folder, rather than showing in my 4GB SD card. As I said, the only thing showing is the 4GB SD card.

I wanted to Edit my previous post, was not allowed to do so. Can't we edit our posts?

I paid $.4.90 (49 minutes), which I think is a lot. Are you sure about the price you mentioned - 15 minutes ($1.50)?

One, all you'll ever see via USB is the SD card. The internal memory is not accessible via USB.
(well, maybe with special software, but not normally)

Sounds like you have the phone set to store apps to external memory (the SD card) by default.

The phone doesn't make a "LG" folder. Just folders for Apps, Music, Photos, etc.

Depends on the data rate you get. If you have a good EDGE signal it's a lot faster than a weak GPRS signal.
But even if the E is showing for EDGE rates, it may be slow if the signal is weak.

I've had the same experience, but with this phone in the T9 mode, there is no # or * button. There is a button that toggles between letters, numbers, and extended punctuation, and a shift button that toggles the uppercase on & off. I can't find a button that changes the predicted word.

There is no button. You tap the word itself and a drop-down list of words will appear for you to select from. You then select the word you want from that list.

OH, THANK YOU!!!! I was getting so frustrated trying to find it. Never would have thought of the word itself as being interactive. Thank you so much!!!!!!

Thanks BobbyLee for your reply, all the nav buttons do work except for the two (-) buttons, but I had rather have the space it takes, so I will probably have to reinstall facebook to get rid of it. Thanks again.

Have had the LG800 Tracfone for a week, looking to find

A list of apps for the LG800

How to download URLs for my favorite web sites? Prefer bluetooth, have already downloaded pictures.

Someone mentioned using a mobile website rather than the regular web site, where do you find those?

To move it you have to go ON YOUR PHONE to Tools (the little blue dice bottom right)>My Stuff folder on the second page of tools (slide the first out of the way to get to the second page)>Other Files. Your game will be in there, then you hit the menu button on the bottom left and select Move. Then put a check mark next to the game and select move, then you have to browse to the external memory card and tell it where on there you want it stored.

As for your question about the cost, mine said (14.97 minutes/$4.9?), it charged me 14.97 minutes off my phone which all my minutes average cost is less than 10 cents each, that's why I said I only paid about $1.50. I don't know where that $4.9? figure comes from.

if it's a downloaded facebook app, with all my installed apps i go to the internal folder, press the left menu button, and choose show keypad. then, you scroll to your app and check/uncheck the box to show/hide keypad.

That's a good tip! Completely overlooked that option in the Games & Apps menu. Thanks for posting that!
