Hard reset!

Please...please...i have been at this for days trying to find someway to unlock my phone. T.T i have given up and just want to do a factory reset!How can i do this!? i have read so many forums on this place and none of them work! please someone help me perform a factory reset! Im locked out becuasei messsed up the pattern and i cant remebr my google account. T.T

First navigate to your home screen. Go to menu -->> Settings-->> click on privacy -->> click factory reset data -->> reset phone. Now this will perform the factory reset for your Sanyo.
