Hey there,
I'm new to ketei phones and got one for my better half. It's a very basic phone but nice quality and stylish. However, for some reason I can't find a way to get caller ID to show for incoming call or sms. It only shows the number, no name from the phone book.
I've tried to download a user manual from softbank but nothing in english will download. The Japanese manual is pretty useless as my Japanese is not good.
If anyone has any ideas, I'd appreciate it.

The numbers in the phonebook do not have the country code but the incoming calls show the country code. However, outgoing calls show the ID like "MOM" instead of the numbers. Will try to add all the country codes to the address book.

Actually, that seems to have worked. Number must be exactly the same as the one in the phonebook.
