Can't Get Pictures On Simple Mobile

I have unlocked Samsung T429. I am have been with Simple Mobile for 2 months now. I first started out first on the $40 plan (Unlimited Talk & Text). But, after 2 month I switch to $50.00 (Unlimited Talk & Text & 50mgb data). But, I am not able to receive pictures. I can get pictures but not send them. Or even get a ringtone. I been sending my ringtones (mp3) by text to mynumber@smtext.com but I can't get nothing. No ringtones or pictures message. But, I can send them. I had Simple Mobile send me a configuration install on my phone. But, I am only able to send picture that it. What am I doing wrong?

Google your phone apn settings and verify that they are correct.
