Qualcomm MSM8255 CPU but downclocked to 1GHz.

LOL @ the fact that there are people on 2CH making fun of 005SH owners saying "your phone looks like a lunchbox, wait till the 007SH comes out you will all regret buying that lunchbox phone!"

This one even has the lunchbox strap over it (to stop the lunchbox opening in your bag)

Oh and the standby/talk times is about 40% lower than the times quoted for the 005SH, which has shocking battery life - could they have outdone themselves with this one?

Because Sharp's Softbank division made it. Same company, different division. Expect something similar in the fall from Docomo.

While i still think its ugly, i have a feeling this will sell like hotcakes here. To the average Japanese it is a smartphone that doesnt require them to try something different (typing on a touch panel phone for example). Change, without change.

Still keen to see real life battery performance.

Aren't the 005 and 007 different though? 005 being for people who want a QWERTY keyboard+Android and the 007 for people who want a flip keitai with a keypad+Android?

Wow!!!! If this is Software unlockable, I'm jumping on this damn thing. It has everything I've been looking for in a Keitai. Any chance that the GPS and Internet working out of Japan?
