I modded using character count matching URLs containing u.web2go.com
u.web2go.com.info.tm = mini5.opera-mini.net
u.web2go.com.1.info.tm = mini5cn.opera-mini.net
u.web2go.com.lamer.la = server4.operamini.com
You can make your own CNAME redirects @ freedns.afraid.org or just use the ones I created.

i already know that but if i insert additional characters into the binary it crashes just the same. it works if i just replace characters. I want to bypass that.

why are you modding a working modded ipa? all it needs is to be installed, then resigned. if you were to change the size, you would need to recompile, this is why you must replace the same amount of characters. what do you gain in adding additional characters?

i am not on tmobile so a dynamic redirect would not work for my network. For it to work i need to add additional characters.

eg, for lets say my network's free site is "msn.com"
In order for opera mini to be free for me, i would have to change the server "server4.operamini.com" etc to "msn.com.server4.operamini.com"
the "msn.com" need to be additional characters which will cause the binary to crash.

why beat around the bush about it? why wouldn't a CNAME redirect work? you said dynamic redirect, CNAME records are usually considered permanent, not dynamic.
original: mini5.opera-mini.net = 20 characters
mod: u.web2go.com.info.tm = 20 characters and redirects to mini5.opera-mini.net
your hypothetical mod: msn.com.continent.kz = 20 characters and redirects to mini5.opera-mini.net(just an example)
looks like it would work to me, I don't see how adding characters, which requires a recompile, is any different except it doesn't require a redirect.
hiding the details, makes me think you plan to profit, thus you'll get no more help from me.

i understand your concern but no its not for profit and i understand your theory perfectly but the freesite itself is more than 20 characters.

then why hide the details? why didn't you say it was more than 20 characters(the freesite) in the first place? me thinks your ignorance is getting in the way. you can try IDA pro, learn how to use xcode, or hire a dev to help.
