Just had an interesting call from Fido, the lady on the line asked if i have left Fido lately and if so will i agree to take a survey, i agreed.
it was pretty extensive and it took about 20 minutes.
they also seemed to have asked all the right questions.
no offer was made for me to comeback, so this was no Windback call.
anyone else received a call like this?
