I don't think it is cost-wise to do that. no-contract s3 costs at least $500.

Yes, but in 9-12 months, you might pick one up with a bad ESN on craigslist at a reasonable price. E4GTs can be found now for $160 - $190. Ebay generally runs higher.

I found a bad esn E4GT for 100...also if you are due for an upgrade you can get an s3 for 200. You can order it but dont have to change your plan until you "activate" it...

Yes. You cant do any mail in rebates but if if you are due for an upgrade you dont have to pay much upfront. Before i found the e4gt on craigslist, i had called in and said that sister broke her iphone but is not due for an upgrade can i use my upgrade on her plan...the CS person ok and was ready to ship me an epic without touching my plan and paying only 150 (this was before the price dropped)...it prob depends on who you get but its worth it to try..

I'm still unable to get connect to read the info from my donor.
I'm be able to get the msl/spc from my donor at the moment.
