Question Why is the bill $200?

My friend who's been with Sprint for 7 years says she her mom has 3 lines on their account. Her mom, herself, and her brother, she says her mom pays $10 extra to add the brother to the account and says the account they have is the unlimited plan so why is the bill $200 every month when the plan is unlimited?

Aside from vague second hand info about "your friend's mom's account", have you taken a look at the bill/invoice?

For example, "The Simply Everything Family Plan" $189.98(2 lines) + Taxes & Fees

The invoice should explain everything. Like 503 ducati said, a family plan unlimited plus an extra line for $200 might be about right.
Per the Sprint site, Unlimited single is $100, and family is $190. Maybe it is including the cost of a phone upgrade also?
