So has anyone tried to uses iCloud yet? I have but I only get access to sync my books and apps. But I've seen people able to sync their purchased music as well. Is it only a US thing right now?

I believe it is US only. I hope only for now.. If you go to http://www.apple.com/ca/itunes/ it doesn't even mention anything.
It worries me that for example Amazon's Cloud Player or whatever it's called will let you upload songs to it, but if you try to play them back (your OWN songs), it tells you it's only available in the US. I hope iTunes will be different but we will see.

What are you talking about? Who has been an Apple apologist for lawsuits? I personally don't give a crap what these giant companies do to each other, I'm just a consumer who is always on the lookout for the best mousetrap. Or at least the mousetrap that works best for me.
All of this "Apple isn't original!" crap is useless. None of the features available on any device today originated with the device in question. Most of them, anyway. They've been around for years, it just so happens these companies are refining and doing them better and better. Yeah, the Apple shade directly copies the Android shade. So what? What does this mean, exactly? Who is this hurting?
The best analogy I can use as to why Apple users get excited over stuff that's been available on othr phones is the same as someone who prefers a specific carrier despite it not having a phone they want. Once that phone becomes available on their preferred carrier, of course they're going to get excited. It doesnt matter that the phone in question was available previously, it's now available to them. Get the picture?
Can any of you guys running iOS5 let me know if it's possible to delete the stock ticker from the window shade?
Yes go to Settings > Notifications > choose from the list in this case (stock widget) and select it, and slide the on switch to off. Done.

I also am having trouble with my bluetooth when answering calls, it's like it defaults to the iPhone then takes 10 seconds clicks into the ear piece. But it may have just been my connection. I need to test it out again tomorrow. Placing calls is fine, it's only when receiving.

Haven't tested bluetooth connectivity yet. If it's a bug, hopefully it will get fixed in the next release. How has your battery life been on iOS 5? Since I installed it, I have been getting better battery life on my CDMA iPhone.

Yes, while I nearly missed the "skip this step" button, because it looks like text at the bottom in smaller writing than the buttons at the top they make you press. Although I must admit, if you take advantage of it, you can actively choose what to sync with iCloud, so even if it's just contacts, it's nice to know you won't lose those even if you lose your phone.
So will the cloud back up your game saves? Say I purchase a game on my iphone and start playing. When I pick up the game on my ipad, will I have to start completely over on the ipad?
