Looks like a cool phone, but I'm not sure if the battery up to par, but I t depends on how you use it right,
I looked at it yesterday when I bought the windows pro 7. It looked like an decent phone. The only thing that scares me about it is the rating of 2.5 hrs talk time. My desire is rated at almost 5 hrs and I barely get through the day with it. My daughter liked it and wanted it at first until she played with the windows phone.
I have been using mine for a while and have not had a problem with it as long as I have the task killer running in the background.. I can make it through a full day without a problem..
Camera is not bad.. I would say for me the colors are a little light especially when you compare them to my friends Iphone4 and with the autofocus on I think it takes a little longer on mine but that may not be the case on the ones in the stores now.. Hard to say...
It is a bigger phone with some bulk and weight to it but I like the way it feels and love the keyboard on it with the inside touch display..
Would have been nice if it would have had a little more internal memory in it but I guess that will have to wait for the next version..
All in all I have liked the device for the time I have had it but I am sure I will get bored soon and move onto something newer and fancier before long..
Has anyone tried to use the SIM card slot on these? I see there is a place to put one, but no mention of it in the specs or user manual (except in Spanish where it says install the battery and SIM card)
Motorola Electrify (Stock..for now)
HTC Desire rooted with Oxygen ROM
HTC Touch Pro 2 US Cellular with MightyROM and Android as optional boot
It was originally designed as a world phone for Verizon but when they axed it and USCC released it to my knowledge the Sim Card slot was disabled in the firmware by USCC request but I would have to double check that to be 100% on that..
