Unlocked MT4G Not Accepting Different SIM Cards

Hi,

I have an unlocked MyTouch 4G that works perfectly on a Mobilicity account in Canada, I've flashed on Cyanogen Mod, and that works just fine too.

I'm in the US for the next few weeks and picked up a T-Mobile sim card to use, but it won't recognize it, nor will it give me the option to sim unlock either. An HTC rep was in the store and he tried his t-mobile sim and an AT&T sim and none of them worked. Phone is unlocked because it works on Mobilicity in Canada despite being a T-Mobile branded phone.

Any ideas on how to fix?

Did you tried the gfree method from xda??? That should remove the simlock...

How is sim unlocking the phone going to help the OP? The phone is already sim unlocked. It is a T-Mobile USA phone and must already be unlocked to for him/her to be using a Mobilciity sim card in it.
