    Master reset 816sh phone

    Is it possible to perform master reset with 816SH phone using the buttons, without using the settings on the phone coz there are certain phones which allow you to do a hard button reset. I have to do this with my phone and cant complete the process with the settings bec it would asked for a code, tried default 0000 but to no avail. Cant remember what code was set up on the phone. Thanks
