HTC Sensation 4g has really low data speeds.

I got my sensation yesterday and I have constantly been getting 70-150kbps on seed test. Market, YouTube, Facebook are all pretty slow too. This is my first 4g phone but I'm pretty sure it should be faster than that. When I had the HD7 the 3g was faster. I do live in a 4g area and I constantly have full bars. My friend down the street gets 1.5-3.0Mbps on his mt4g.

Has anybody else been getting slow speeds on the sensation?

Are you sure "seed test" is kbps rather than kBps?

I've had no speed issues. Been getting 1-4 Mbps.

That's really slow. The server must be pounded or had problem. My latest speed tests (using the Nexus One) are shown in my signature.

It sounds like some major congestion and not enough capacity. What do you get at night? Well, for when it comes around today..

That is really too bad. There must be some real data hogs in your neighborhood, or else T-Mobile is short on backhaul.

Something is wrong. I get between 5M/sec (slowest) to 8M/sec depending on time.

His upload and ping is way too good to be on EDGE, he's def on a HSPA/HSPA+ network, just a very congested one

    Yes I'm on CDMA/gsm.

Anybody know anything about mobilespeedtest.com vs the speed test app? Mobilespeedtest.com just gave me this: Your speed: 10313.076 Kbps Your latency: 0.535 seconds Transferred 7000 KB in 5.43 seconds

And speed test app gave me 120kbps
