Has I am in canada i cant order a sim from straight talk!
Here is something I wasn't expecting. Samsung's Galaxy S Glide (the Canadian version of the Captivate Glide) works on the $50 plan without a data package. Well, I do have a data package but it isn't deducting usage, yet data does work like on the Xperia Pro.
I seem to lose Galaxy Nexus data access without a data pack today and tested with 3 different G Nexus, 1 from Google Play and 2 from 1saleaday. Anyone noticed at all?
It would be an account issue not a device issue, but I also lost data access on the Nexus sometime overnight Friday/Saturday. I plugged in the APN settings from the previous page, and that causes a message to come up about buying a data pack.
I'm surprised because I didn't use a lot of data, so I thought my phone would stay under the radar. Ah well, that just means I'm switching away from AT&T sooner...
Would an unlocked docomo android phone work on the data as it is't an at&t brand phone?
also, why are they so greedy and provide unlimited internet only for feature phones??
One could say the customers are greedy for trying to get full smartphone data on a feature phone plan.
But then again there are other options for better value.
Is anyone geeting unlimited data on the international galaxy s3?
I was about to ask about this, I just did some experimenting and it appears that when you add a data package it only deducts for devices that require a data plan and doesn't deduct for devices that don't: guessing it's doing something related to IMEI? This is kind of nice as you don't "waste" your data when using a feature phone for instance.
I traded my Meizu MX for an Intel Xolo X900. I doubt AT&T will have it in their system![]()

Does Verizon have an Unlimited Text and Data plan on their prepaid smartphones?
