    HTC Desire HD Issue

I've had my Desire HD for about a month now. I'm having an issue with charging a battery from fully drained. If my battery ever gets so drained that the phone shuts off, it will not recharge. I can plug it in for hours with various chargers on various outlets and it doesn't change a thing. I've tried 3 different batteries and the same thing has happened with each. I sent the phone away through my carrier and it came back from the repair centre saying that nothing is wrong and it meets the manufacturers requirements. As soon as I put in my battery and tried to turn it on, the same thing occurred. I'm a little bit frustrated now. Any suggestions or previous experience with this?
Another insightful and thought provoking post...

Might come off as a dumb question, but are you using the charger shipped with the device? I've seen issues with other HTC phones not charging from "dead" if you don't use the charger supplied with the phone. I've also found that charging from a USB port will not work when the battery is very low.
