F/S Sprint Sero F&F 500 Plan w/ $150 Upgrade Credit

I have a SERO Sprint F&F 500 plan that I need to get rid of. The contract ends on 9/12/2011 and is eligible for $150 Upgrade Credit now.

It has all the goodies and the monthly charge is only $30 (details below). One nice add-on which other Sero often don't have and worth mentioning is 3 Numbers, Any Network-Unlimited for free.
