The LG P500 Optimus One is not compatible with Page Plus. It is a GSM variant of the Optimus One series.
The LG Vortex from Verizon should have no problems working on Page Plus.
Be careful, there are so many variants of the Optimus One out there. The only one that should have no problems working on Page Plus is the Verizon branded LG Vortex.
