hypersim question

apologies if this problem has been discussed already.

i bought a f-01c couple months back and it was working well except the need of doing cpr.
currently in china for a few months and after flying to another city, the connection dropped and i cant get it back. its not the sim card problem and i did cpr more times than i can remember.

when i was convinced it was my hypersim (i-smartphone), i went on a trip to the mountains and i got a very strong signal for 4 days with no need of any cpr. after i returned, the signal was lost again.

do i need to buy a new hypersim? ill be mainly using my phone in the states with tmobile so im not sure if my hypersim died or if its just because it has a bone to pick with china unicom.
if i do need to buy a new hypersim, whats a good one to buy?
