    Washed my phone...

    yup
driving from PA to Florida tomorrow and found it in the washer.

I have a spare so get online, 4th time was a charm to accept mt serial and phone number...

    BUT
of course I cannot enter codes in the old phone. so I have to call...
therefore at 8am I will be lost in translation since ER is closed weekends.

wish me luck, unless anyone knows Parameter 30 code and Parameter 00 code I can enter.

Doing the 750/month. I am assuming my recent added card is lost and non-transferable?
Ugh well this is why I no longer buy $100+ phones.

ER is open 7 days a week about 10 hours per day. Call them first thing in the morning. And I think you can add the remaining days and minutes. They are not lost (I think).

Try the Miami number anyway. I got connected to a competent rep at that number last Saturday.

There was a thread here somewhere where people posted parm 30 values, but if you are on the one of the monthly plans I'm not sure if the same codes work or not.

I love this site. Answered immediately. Only small hiccup resulting in my favor:

Since I enrolled in automatic 750, my last card added had no pin. Told him I had 300-400 min left until August 8.
    Result:
They created a new pin for that transaction which took 10 minutes but I got a new service date as of today and 750 minutes.

Since I search and search for the ER # each time I need it: 1-800-876-5753

I gave my sister a VA LG100c for her birthday to replace the K126c I gave her four years ago.
Two days later she gave the LG a full wash cycle. I told her to take out the battery, leave the cover off, and put it by an A/C vent outlet. Then I used the *#30 code from when I set up the LG to move service back to the Kyocera. When she got home from work she reassembled the LG and it worked fine, but I'm not sure we should trust it after what she did to it.
