I get good upload rates. ping not so good, although I have no idea why that's important.
Ping is important because that is the amount of time it takes to receive a response from the host. For example when you click a link on a website ping time would be the amount of time it takes from when you click on the link until it starts loading the page on your computer. The faster the ping the faster web browsing will be and the better voip and gaming experience you'll have.
LG Rumour (Virgin Mobile 2008-2009) Motorola KRZR (Koodo 2009-2010) Motorola RAZR (Telus 2010-2010) Samsung Galaxy S Vibrant (Wind Oct.2010-Jan.2011) Samsung Gravity II (Wind Jan.2011-Oct.2011) Google Nexus S (Wind Oct.2011-Mar.2012) Google Nexus S (Koodo Mar.2012-Present)

Is it only me out has Wind data in Toronto gone straight downhill over the past month?
It feels like I'm on a browsing plan at best since doing anything feels dreadful. Downtown Toronto where I used to hit 3-5Mbps down is now at most 0.5Mbps down. Also going from Sheppard station to Don Mills station the day before was horrible, had full bars but absolutely nothing would load couldn't even open google.ca even after waiting 5 full minutes. I hate to say it but I feel like switching to Petro Canada Mobile.

For me it is the exact opposite! I have been constantly getting better results.
On my SGS2X at times when he browsing wouldn't go anywhere i put it in airplane mode and after a few secs put network back on, And it started going right away.
Actually i have been getting between 3-8Mbps download and 0.5-1.5 upload.
Would someone in Surrey please do me a favor: take reading at 108 Ave and either 134, 135 or Gateway Drive? I'm relocating from Toronto. There is apparently a WIND antenna on the building with the Skytrain station.
In the Vancouver area, I'm usually seeing in the 1-2Mb/s down and .2-.3Mb/s up and pings 200-280ms using a Galaxy Nexus. All time high was 3.5Mb/s down .35Mb/s up. Certainly not great but good enough for me for mobile internet.
