WIND download speeds have finally increased from 1.3mbps but upload still hasn't moved from 0.08mbps.

Here are my results (Orange is WIND, Blue is Bell)

And also some taken with my brothers phone before (red) and after (orange).

I will keep an eye on this developing network.

    Nevermind Bell.. LTE is fine.

Constructive suggestion?vTry and run the speed tests in the same half hour time span. It'll give a better feel for comparing networks I know Bell's was still better, but what was WIND's like at midnight-1AM...?

And with your brothers phone, try getting him to do one at 1:08PM today, if he is in the same location as those tests were, report back what you find. It's good t get a direct comparison like this because of network congestion or lack of it depending when the tests were performed.

Trust me the times the tests were done made no difference - and I wouldn't have posted it if it did.

Bell's network was actually pretty slow at 12am.

I've done hundreds (maybe even plus a thousand) of these tests and WIND's network was always 1.3mbps regardless of time.

And if that doesn't satisfy you I'll do some more tests around 1 if my brother's still around.

Actually I was just wondering, if that's what you say, than who am I to ask for more? I was wondering if possible at 12AM that maybe WIND's would have performed better since Bell provided a weaker outcome than anticipated.

Yeah, for being one of the most active posters on this thread, how about post some of your speeds, even if it's Telus/Koodo.

savbers, with your tag line Bye Wind, hello Bell, seems like your still getting Wind. And your upload problem has got to be some kind of limiter that is affecting your setup because I'm never getting below 2

Any other sightings of HSPA+ outside of Pacific Centre in Vancouver or area? Once I got outdoors and down the block it dropped back to HSDPA.

Just ran my test on a GS3 outside my house. Not bad.

I also ran a couple of tests while I was out and normally got around 2mbps. Not blazing fast but definitely usable. The upload is terribly slow though. Often times my speed tests couldn't finish because the upload would stall.

The 0.4 upload is the bad part. The download speed has improved but upload is still an issue.
