HSPA+ but the upload speed is still crap. I would trade 5mbps solid down for 1mbps up.

Did another test just not (5am):

holy crap Wind is fast... (well, depends on the area of course, but I guess I'm lucky to have my house near a Tower).

The odd thing is, even with this kind of signal strength (3-4 bars when onubstructed, 2-3 bars when held in hand) after holding the phone in various ways for about 30 minutes, I got kicked off Wind Home and was switched to Roaming. I'm seeing the bars drop sometimes to zero when I'm holding the phone.. I'm not sure how my call reception is from home, haven't tested it yet, but if it lasts for more than 5 minutes, I figure it should be fine with the coming weeks (apparently there are two towers being setup in the area, so maybe im only getting proper reception from just one?)

Looks like nothing has changed since I suspended it 2 months ago.

With Mobi in the same exact area, I can continuously pull roughly 1.8-2Mbps down and 0.6Mbps up.

Update: Went over to a relatives house and brought my data stick to do a couple of speed tests.

With 0-1 bar of service, I managed to get upto 2-3Mbps down and around max signal, I managed to pull in 4Mbps which is great.

Now only if they fix my area to get some decent speeds.

Usually get 1-2mb/s at home, uploads are always less than .40mb/s. There's a couple towers that must have turbo enabled, i can get 5-8mb/s at times with some really high burst's, like in the 20's. not sure that's a bug with the bandwidth software. (i'm on windows phone)

I used to get 2-3 Mbps but now, I can barely go over 0.5 Mbps.

Crazy, I have not pulled in over 250-300 kbps upstream in over a month in Vancouver.
