    My data has been getting worse and worse around Ottawa. Lately I've been considering switching to any provider where I can actually use the data. Really making me question what I pay 50 bucks for if I can't use it.

    Data was SIGNIFICANTLY better earlier in the year... Now it's unbearable. It's good at night... But I need it during the day when I'm not sleeping.

    In case anyone wonders where I spent my time... Between university of Ottawa and the general hospital.

    Didn't have the patience to wait and post the picture on here... Would take several minutes.

    Kind of upset since I really want to use wind but I'm getting almost no use out of the service I pay for :/

    Still hoping for improvement of some sort...
    Wind September 2010 - December 2011 (Loved the data and the service when it worked... a lot of times it did not.) + customer service was bad to me + dropped calls when talking to 611
    Chatr December 2011 - January 2012 (Problems from day 1) ... Guess there is no perfect provider.
    Virgin January 2012 - January 2015 - let's hope the customer service from Virgin doesn't drop calls while I call them like Wind did.

    I have to make an update on me speeds;

    they now SUCK.

    I am only, ONLY able to download between 1.5 and 3mbit. My ping is incredibly sad; at best a little over 100, typically between 200-330.

    What the hell happened to my speeds??? Theyve been like this for nearly two months. I tried using a friends Wind sim card; same problem. I'm thinking of trying out another phone (maybe its mine), but I doubt it.

    Is it possible for wind to have me on some kind of throttled blacklist or something?

    My data speeds have slowed down significantly. It was around 3-4 mbps, now I'm lucky to get 1.5, and that mostly @ nights. I tried my relative's vibrant - it's not the phone, it's the network for sure. Hope wind will soon concentrate on this since they've been on expanding big time as of late. Growing pains I hope....

    1.5-3 is about what I would expect on average. If you're throttled, you wouldn't get anywhere near 1.

    This is a shame. . I gave up my F&Fs $35 Mobilicity Deal because of data speed on Mobilicity. And for almost couple of months Wind is even worst than Mobilicity Data speeds... My cousin gets over 3mbs downloads on Mobilicity and See what I get on wind....

    I used only 1.3GB so far in the month... not even close to throttle limit of 5GB..
