I ask again how do you explain the difference between me and many others who get fast speeds to those who get such low speeds!

I looked at the time of the speed test where you got that good speed... I doubt many people would be awake at that time.

I doubt anyone was sleeping when i got my 10210up or 9299 up.

Holy! Wind has definitely done something to Data! I am getting 10384dn 1792up and 68ms ping. At bayviw and john 3:45p.m.

Consistently getting 5.5mb/s down and 0.4mb/s up.

But when I tether to my laptop via Wifi Hotspot, I spiked all the way up to 8.1mbps down! Still 0.4mbps up though.

Location is Major mack and Woodbine.
