At least your PRL and profile update properly. My phone's failed every time I try to update them since at least March.

Try turning on 4g then update your prl and profile. This works for me. When 4g is not on, I only get errors.

Here are two folders that i extracted from my iphone 4s. I'm sure the PRL is in there but I'm not sure which one they both have a file name carrier.prl

Let me know once you have the interpretation and also in which folder is the correct file as i would like to replace it with PRL 11115.

How does one extract those files from the 4S? I do not see them in the backup directory on my PC so I assume it is a jailbroken phone.

Yes, i jailbroke it and used diskaid.

I PM'ed with a question on how to post the prl that I have... Upon further review, I have figured it out. I have prl 51085 on the Photon 4g in Central Florida.

According to the Baton Rouge web site, it appears to be a minor change. It is interesting to see the breakdown of the PRL's. Explains why I cannot getting anything better than 1x when I wind up roaming on Verizon. I am normally on SID 4162 and EV is enabled only for Sprint.

Load PRL with 3G roaming either 11114 or 11115.
I just posted the instructions on how to do it that i found on iPhone Developers.
