    BYOD to Verizon

Hello, first to start it off I am sorry if there is a forum for this, I searched and didn't see one. Anyways, can you bring your own device to verizon and not have to pay a deposit. Thanks

You can bring your own device (as long as VZW deems it "compatible") and you won't have to enter into any contract.

However, credit check and a potential deposit are independent of whether you bring your own device or not and may still apply.

Not if your credit requires a deposit. If you skip out on bills the fact that the phone is yours wont help the carrier.

You can bring your own Verizon branded device and not sign a contract (put it on Month to Month) but you will need to do a credit check.

Prepay is the only way to avoid a credit check and potential deposit.

From what I have seen, yes - in a way. You can't use 4G LTE phones or iPhone tho. Also, Prepay still has Unlimited Data.

Yes you can bring an iPhone, they sell one themselves although all their phones mostly say coming soon for their price or to add to cart so IDK when they are getting things in to sell them.
