I have an issue with my SE ARC since 2 days that the fone keeps "Drop Call" When I dial the number, the screen show the circle spinning & connecting but after that it show "CALL ENDED"

I did not hear any ring that the call connect; sometime I did not receive the call either. I got this fone 2 weeks ago and it working fine no issue till last 2 days. This is the Roger fone & been unlocked using the Fido network now.

I tried to set up the network; it searched and then showed "NO NETWORK FOUND" or "SIM CARD ERROR" I bought the new sim card yesterday. Talked to the SE technician & repair my software last night but the issue still on.

Please let me know what I have to do for my fone to fix the issue??? Need to Flash the firmware or upgrade software etc. ???? Please let me know & how to do it please. Thank you kindly to all
