Motorola Spice: Difficulty Transferring Files to PC via USB

Hi,

I purchased a Motorola Spice (Canadian Carrier: Mobilicity) and I am trying to transfer files between the phone's internal memory/sd card and my PC.

When I connect my phone to the PC via USB, I get 2 options for USB Connection on my phone: 1) Motorola PC Tools, and 2) Manage Memory Card.

When I choose 1) Motorola PC Tools, the phone then installs a program/drivers on to my PC called MotoHelper and which is basically a program/gateway that allows me to transfer files. The problem is that it only allows me to transfer files from the sd card, and NOT the internal memory.

If I choose 2) Manage Memory Card, my PC again will only recognize the memory card as a removable storage drive. But I can not access the internal memory of the phone.

I notice in a lot of other people's screen shot that their phones give another option 3) PC Mode, which for some reason, my phone does not have.

I am running Windows 7 on my PC. Please, does anyone have any advice as to how I can easily transfer files between my phone (both internal and SD memory) and PC?
