What's the current hug policy at Bellus? Bell subforum should have a sticky in this under the FAQ subforum. It's quite significant.

For what it's worth :
I was offered a hardware upgrade 2 years into my 3 year contract (back in Sept. '11)
3 of my family members just completed 2 years of their 3 year contract and they were all offered hardware upgrades amounting to being able to obtain any phone for the same cost a new customer would purchase them for.
In addition.
We ALL received a $50 hardware credit AND got the $35 upgrade fee waived (via retentions department).

In short,
We all renewed for another 3 years and jumped on the S3 bandwagon. We picked up the phones for $130.00 all taxes in.
