Thanks so much for getting the link(s) and hope Sprint gets going on this ASAP before it is to late. I always try to think "Positive Things" that good things will come out for Sprint so they can get things done right.
    No Problem

Just have to wait and see what happens on that October day...and hopefully it doesn't include more waiting.

That new "Sprint Connect" map has been on Sprint's website for a little while now:

Sprint.com ---> Shop Services ---> Sprint Direct Connect (far right side->)

    Sprint: $40.99 - $73.00 per month

But sub-second connection is only available on Rev. A, which is Sprint native only. Also, Rev. A speeds isn't doing well nationwide as of late. Hopefully Sprint doesn't try to use that as an reason to slow down network expansion.

There's zero coverage there now, so I'd take some coverage over nothing at all Rev A/sub-second or not...that's just me. But that's irrelevant because it's going to be one of those situations where you "take it or leave it" since Nextel iDEN will no longer be an option. This will be the only Sprint DC option. People getting angry over it and arguing about it will not change that.

Some have already reported much improved 3G data speeds(AZ), is this from upgrades?

This doesn't affect me. However, when iDEN subscribers are with the decision of moving on top Sprint DC or leave ETF free, I have a feeling many may opt for door no. 2.

Nearly 4million iDEN subs have been opting for door no. 2 over the last year. If this new platform works, great- if not? The whole point is that's the way it will be.

But if iDEN just write it off before trying it, the following quarter earning report is going to be HELL. What I will do is to make iDEN subscribers try Sprint DC for at least 30 days FIRST before letting them walk out.

Hey guys! Just checking in and see if anything new where found out about those towers. Also, Sprint posted a video on their SprintNow YouTube page. The video is about NV and it benefits and such. One thing that video did say is

"The project(NV) is expected to be completed in less than three years".

Seems like the timeline is going down from the at least 3-5 years of completion, which is good. I'll embed the video below(embed doesn't seem to work, so i'll link it).

Good for Sprint. I really look forward to them getting that Network Vision thing done in 3 yrs or less so WE ALL can reap the beneifits from it. I called the Corp office and talked to a nice guy there and ask him to see what they can do about an area that I've been asking about and he told me that they will bring it up to the next level to put in the request and see what happens.
