I switched two months ago down to the 1gb plan for $20. I decided to do that until my Xoom was upgraded to 4G or football season started. Well football season is here and the 3gb plan for $35 is no longer available.
My online account has a statement(posted below) at the top that gives a indication that I might can switch back to it. Has anybody been lucky enough to switch back to that plan.
"Your current calling plan is no longer offered online. If you had intended to keep your plan and increase/decrease your allowance minutes, you can contact Customer Service. Otherwise, please select from the plan options listed below. "

I did this very same thing on my Galaxy Tab..I went to the 1G plan then a month later VZW fired up LTE here and I couldn't keep it under 1G for nothing. I went to the store to beg back my 35/3GB plan but they refused to do it..the rep said he didn't have access to it and couldn't do it if he wanted to. He did say I could try calling in but he doubted it would work..I ended up just ponying up and going to the 30/2GB plan![]()
Yes, two calls to customer "no" service got no were fast.
I just am so upset that I did not stay on the 3gb plan. I was waiting on 4g to go back, because I knew it would suck more data.
I am just going to have to eat my pride. I just felt like they were not going to mess the the tablet plans yet.
The 1gb plan is gone as well. That's why your account is saying that. If you switch off 1gb you won't get it back. The 2gb for $30 is now the lowest. The $35 plan was always a limited tile promotional plan and was never said to be permanent.
