Mobilicity Outage in Edmonton?

I'm in Eastern Edmonton. I've been unable to make calls for the past few hours. No 3G signal. I can register on the Mobilicity network, but cannot call - just dead air.

I tried to call my wife's cell from my work land line (she's downtown) and I get "The number you have called cannot be completed at this time".

Anyone else in Edmonton having issues?

difficulty making and receiving
as well as using data services.

I am in central Edmonton. I am also unable to make calls. Data is down as well. It was working 2 hours ago, and stopped sometime in between then and now.
