Still down, over 1HR. Caller is being told number does not exist!!!

Mobi is still down, and AFAK it's been at least an hour.

Worst thing is that my clients are being told that the number is no longer in service.

That's right, they DON"T get my voicemail. They are scared away thinking I have left the planet.

This is a busines owner's nightmare!!!

Business owners should probably stick with one of the big 3. given you can get perfectly good plans for maybe 50% more per month on more reliable networks, it doesn't make sense to risk profits on mobilicity.
The word 'Pentaband' means '5 Bands', from the Greek word 'pente' meaning '5'. For a phone to be pentaband it has to support 5 bands. If the phone has AWS support, it doesn't automatically mean that it is pentaband. The reason Wind and Mobilicity users like pentaband phones is because the reverse is true. We're not the only ones who like pentaband phones though, so please stop referring to phones that work on Wind and Mobilicity as pentaband. It causes unnecessary cofusion.

All services in Vancouver/Richmond BC are working now!

Mobilicity frees Canadian cellular smartphone users - or at least - till one of the big 3 gobbles them up!

If you don't work for mobilicity, I for one would appreciate it if you would somehow label stuff that you are copying from elsewhere.

    Indeed.

It's a good thing a coworker had a working phone earlier otherwise my work day would have ended up totally shot as I was unable to order materials needed to complete the job.

Now I get to call all of my clients and ensure they weren't trying to get in touch with me earlier. Wheee!

Business owners should keep 2 lines on different providers for reliability.

However I understand why some business owners go with mobi - rogers eats all their profits
