Can My 4G LTE Mobile Hotspot MIFI 4510L Be Used In Europe?

I am going to Germany next month and would like to know if my 4G LTE Mobile Hotspot can be used in Germany using a Germany only SIM card with data enabled. I this is possible then I can use my Ipad 2 and the data function on my Droid X.

I highly doubt it as I don't believe any carrier in Germany uses 700MHz LTE for 4G and I'm sure no carrier there uses 850/1900 EVDO for 3G.

Confirmed, the 4510L supports 700mhz LTE, 800/1900 1x and EVDO.

Carriers in Germany will be using EDGE at 900/1800 and whatever at 2100 (UMTS, HSPA/HSPA+/etc.) Some European carriers are now putting some UMTS/HSPA/etc. at 900/1800 too.
