Referral program on PM

Signed up a relative for PM today ($15 plan). In the package was a card (bottom half cut off, probably an expired coupon or something) that says there's a $15 credit for referring friends.

It just says "For more info visit PublicMobile.ca or call 1.877-999-5055" but I can't find anything on the site.

Is anyone here aware of the details? Maybe the bottom half was a referral card the seller cut off and is sending in? If I'd know I'd have asked here for a referrer, and also want to know since some of our friends are intrigued (of course no one's ever heard of PM but then half of them haven't heard of "new cell companies in Canada" either).

It's not expired. It used to be $20, now its $15.

If you're with Public yourself and you get someone else to sign up, they bring in that card with your public mobile # written on it, and the store rep credits $15 to your public mobile account balance. Simple as that.
