I know US Cellular has gave us more updates then we thought we were going to get but it would be nice to see another update that fixes these Gingerbread bugs.

I don't know how I missed this but I see that the Mesmerize got firmware 2.3.5, but it's only available at the tech center? I have been having trouble with my headset volume being to low since getting 2.3.4, will 2.3.5 fix the problem?

I had similar problem after upgrading to 2.3.4. Volume too low, random screen light ups, reboots, etc... Nearest tech center where I could get 2.3.5 is an hour away, so I tried restoring factory defaults to see if it helped. Seems to have, volumes fine now and phone hasn't rebooted itself since...

Does this wipe the phone clean?

Yes. Leaves the SD card alone but restores phone to factory condition. I used mybackuppro and appbrain to backup/restore, guide for that here: http://androidforums.com/incredible-...reset-how.html
