I didn't mean to suggest you were being critical. I am just saying slow down and take things one step at a time.

Is there a team of people working on recovery software and other items?

I can't seem to get any Bluetooth tethering to work (would like to be able to tether from my phone to my Samsung Tab 10.1). Any app suggestions?

Bad news for me. I turned on the phone after being off for a while. I have the notification banner and nothing else. How do I remove the back cover to remove the battery?

I got the battery cover off, which will saty off for a while. I am uncertain what the problem is as I froze once again. I am uninstalling setCPU and see if it makes a difference.

Dont use setcpu at all yet. There is no benefit and it may cause issues with governor settings in the kernel.
I will say it again...be very careful with any root apps until we have a way to restore unbootable phones.

Message received. I still have the back off. After rooting, is there anything new in the app drawer besides superuser?

Hello there, I am interested in getting a bionic, but would like to know if PDAnet or Barnacle works before I pull the trigger. Anyone tethering right now? And BTW are you getting impressive LTE speed when tethering?

Rooted in less than 5 minutes with 1 click method. No problems!

Droid 3 SBF released. Hopefully the Bionic won't be far behind.

I think I will be holding off for just a bit before rooting. Getting all this bloatware is my only concern for the moment, which isn't that big of a deal yet.

Good choice, if my experience is any guide.

Its a leaked newer 890 build and will recover soft bricked phones but may leave them without an upgrade path. We are working on the stock release version. They are xml.zips not SBF files.

If someone were to install this to unbrick, could they one click root or has that been patched?
