Hows the data service. Is it fast data. Hows Chatrs customer service. Hows the signal strength. What's your overall experience with Chatr in Ottawa.

Well if you didn't know, it is Rogers.
so Coverage & Data Speeds would be identical to what Rogers Network is in Ottawa.
