Price tank???? Where might you have seen that? I've been waiting to find a 64 black for under the $500 mark. No luck so far.

    Haha i know right.

Expansys UK has discontinued selling the 64gb black. Is that a sign of things to come for other online retailers?

Only kept my n9 for a week. tried to give it a chance but ended up trading it for an unlocked iPhone 4s.

full disclosure : Not an apple fanboy, but my opinion is totally biased since I have been using iPhones for a few years.

Overall, it was a solid handset, but transitions weren't purely 100% smooth.
Maybe this was only my handset. I purchased a Latin America model, running on PR_1.1

Would possibly get it again, maybe after PR_1.2 and a price drop.

Or maybe snatch a lumia 900 when it comes out?! haven't tried wm7 yet.
    Currently have:

Nokia E71-2 for the 8th time
    Nokia N82

Well. Damn. Nothing like forcing my hand. Word around town is that they are winding down production. I already have my next couple mobiles mapped out: the Lumia 900, Galaxy S3, and the iPhone 5. And, if it's cheap enough, when the NAM Lumia 800 drops, I may grab one. I'm bored to tears with my current GN.

I just cannot let go of the N9. I know that it's a dead OS with outdated hardware. I refuse to pay current price for one. Everything else I walk away from, no problem. I just think it's so alien from anything out there, I just can't look away. Plus I need a back up mobile and having a unlocked penta band laying around might be useful. Damn it. I want to find an open box one at a price I can't refuse...

Yes it is, I can't go into details, but I do know that the N9 was a once in a lifetime phone...

Did you use faster transitions? That makes transitions sooooo smooth....

My next mobile will be decided upon when my N9 stops working...

Dead OS? Is the N900 dead? It seems there are still people in tmo modding the N900, the N9 is in the same boat....

I agree anything above $500 for a 64gb is too much...

Saw your post on maemo. I want to order from the same place before their stock runs out. Let us know your experience. I will pass on the white if it means I get a better deal on this. Better to get a 64gb than wait and get nothing at all.

    Was that $599 for a 64GB?

    I can't find the 64GB ones for under $625... although I've seen $489 for the 16GB ones.

Scam seller. I filed a claim on PP against them. Never received the item in question. I should have my cash back in a day or so. Again the seller popularelect.com is a fraudulent seller and should not be listed on GSM Arena.

GSM Imports has the 64GB for $623 on Amazon.

I'm thinking about waiting until I get Belle on my N8 to decide if I want to switch. I probably will though.

Even with the crap transaction. I will be purchasing a N9. There must be an open source phone this planet.

How fast does GSM imports ship? I would definitely order through amazon right now. I see that there is no prime shipping though so must be whatever GSM imports does.
