I'm attempting to flash my Ocean to Verizon but have reached another roadblock. I already installed all the drivers and have it connected via USB cable.

In CDMA Workshop, the phone connects, but when I click "Read", I get the message: "Failed. . Phone does not answer." I tried a few different COM ports and it keeps doing the same thing. Before it gives me the failed error message, it says: "Searching for phone in DM mode". I would assume this means diagnostic mode.

IN QPST, I add the port that my phone is connected to, but and it doesn't recognize that there is any phone on that COM port.

Does anyone have any ideas for me or how to set the phone into diagnostic mode? I dial ##1122 END, and it asks for a 6 digit Service Code. I tried 000000, but that isn't it.

Any ideas are much appreciated. This is very frustrating because I'm so close, but no program will read the phone. PLEASE help me out here.
