Can't use LED flash while wireless AP

So I've noticed a couple of times when I've had the wireless AP running to share my Internet connection, I could not use the LED flash while taking a picture. When I try to take a picture, a small pop-up message says something to the effect of "Cannot use flash while access point is running".

Anyone notice this? Why is it like that? They seem like two separate systems.

I have the HTC Panache from Mobilicity (supposed to be the same as the myTouch 4G?)

It does the same for my MyTOuch4G. I believe its to protect the phone from shorting out, the high demands for power on the wifi chip and the LED flash light along with the screen back light, and camera is alot of power. So i believe they programmed it for that reason to protect the phone from shorting out.
