SO I looked online and tried programs like bitpim and data pilot but I can not find software that can back up text for a customer of mine. She is going to court and needs to back up the text so she can print them out. Can someone point me in the right direction? Thanks
Is there an option to save/store them on the SIM card like a lot of the Net10 and Tracfones? Then you might be able to use a SIM card reader to extract the texts. Other than that, I have no idea. Would it be acceptable to the court to forward them to an email address to print them out? I know I can forward texts on my Tracfone. I don't have the LG410G, just brainstorming.

If it's a Tacfone or Net10 phone, the firmware is in such a state that it would never let an 'app' retrieve such things from internal storage. This is one reason why so many great apps don't work with Trac/Net10 phones.
BobbyLee has an idea there, if you can get text copied to a SIM. But, if you can do that then 'evidence can be manipulated' too.
I am not familiar with the LG410GB at all.
I know you were not asking for this, but as cheap as these phones are, your customer might have to submit the whole phone. It should be cheap to replace right?
