    Htc sensation 4g - ahhhh!!! ???

I recently got a New Sensation 4G tmobile, and this is my first HTC phone, I switched from a iphone 4.

Now these are the problems i'm having :O!

    1) Battery life is depressing, I carry a charger everywhere i go..

    2) Speaker / volume is VERY low, feels like i'm unable to even hold onto a conversation especially with the speaker.

    3) Phone keeps resetting randomly

    4) Touch screen sensitivity

    5) I was watching my phone on my desk, I saw the "swirl" locking/unlock spinning around my phone and then seems like its automatically typing on the unlock pad ? what the hell ??

    6) When I make calls there seems to be some funny issues.

    7) Voice dialing activates randomly ; listening to voice

    8) Takes random screenshots

Right now only thing I can say about my phone is that it's great and all but it feels "FUNNY"

What should I do ? I just recently got the phoen I think I can send it back for exchange or warranty or something ?
    Thanks!!!

Both myself and my gf have this phone and are experiencing the EXACT same problems, as well as terrible reception and dropped calls. I have a Blackberry for work on TMO and the reception is great and stable, so I know it's something to do with the Sensation.

Let me know if you figure anything out or if anyone else has any advice, I need to get this fixed asap!

Wow, that's awful. I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience with the Sensation. It's everything I wanted my G2x to be, but I had hardware issues with that phone that made me want to break it into tiny pieces (thankfully, I refrained).

Have you taken your handset into the store to ask for assistance from a T-Mobile rep? I've had bad experiences with 611, but great experiences in-store when I've had issues.

Forgot to mention the screen capture taking a bunch of screen shots.

Reception issue with cell and GPS a bit bad too.

Anyways - a lot of ppl do have good things to say, maybe my phone was defective i'm not sure.

    I called tmobile & htc.

HTC offered to send in for replacement

Tmobile offered to send me a refurbished phone and I still had to pay $20.00 extra for fees.

I decided to buy the Samsung Galaxy S2, its way better than the htc.

    I sold my HTC sensation.

HTC sensation did look like a incredible phone at first but damn HTC, they can't concentrate on making one or two phones a year and keeps popping up with new phones that are buggy.

So did you go in to the T-Mobile retail store? Both of our phones are pretty bad.

I did not want to send it in for repair at HTC which takes a few weeks to get it back

I did not want tmobile to send me a refurbished placement

The phone also has problems which at this point can not be fixed (low speaker volume) low volume etc..
I use speakerphone a lot and I can barely hear anything.

I sold it and purchased the Samsung Galaxy S II, it rocks..

Mobile companies always at least one week for repairing. Repairing process should be fast like local market.

I had serious issues with signal and issues with the speaker - sounded like it was blown/covered - crackly and muffled. Exchanging for htc amaze - hoping to resolve these issues.
