How do I top up on the website with a pin?

I have always used a pin to top up on the website but this month I can't find where I can put the pin in. It looks like they have changed the website. Now it looks like the only choice is to put in a credit card. Does anyone know how to input the pin?

A faster top-up option is *86. It's a free call.

I can't see it either to the top up link. It used to be when you clicked on pay now there was a tiny "top up now" link in the upper right corner. That's gone now. I hope this is just a website glitch??

here is a screenshot of that page and there is no more top up link. Could somebody else check their account please?

They moved the Top-Up link from the Pay Now page to the main account page. As soon as you log in look in top right corner, just above your name and click where it says "Top-Up"

Thanks everyone for the info - I see it now. I wonder if the change means that they would rather you use a credit card than the pins. Seems counter-intuitive to not be able to use a pin when you select "pay now."

Thanks! These are my kids phones so I don't usually have them when I top up but I'll remember that in case I can't find the link again.

Btw,
Soon you will no longer need a Top-Up pin.
Payment funds will be credited directly onto the designated accounts at the Point Of Sale.

Yes, that's the Top Up Button I always use, right before using Pay Now, usually a few days before the end of each month.

Just a guess ...
It will probably work the same as it does with one of the Boost accounts that I once used not too long ago... They simply credited the account directly and then I would receive a text message that the funds had been added to the account.
No need to manually enter a pin #.

So you had to give them your phone number and password or just the phone number? I don't think I'd like it if I had to give them my password.

You just give them a phone number and pray you typed it right... because if you give it to the wrong person you'll probably never see that money again
