Hi there i am a new member

I got phoenix 2011 and need to flash nokia 6700 from tmobile to unbranded.

I have got right firmware for the phone but when i press refurbish i get this error.

All i do is connect phone through pc suite
then click scan on pheonix
then firmware flash
And then click refurbish
i then get this error

I am using a non genuine cable ?
