Now that big papa Sprint has bailed them out, do you think they will FINALLY begin selling service in those already covered areas (Ukiah, Eureka, Santa Rosa, Yuba City, Marysville)?

Highly doubt it. They also have like one tower in Fresno, Ridgecrest, San Diego, etc... all just to claim to be using that spectrum. You can see what I'm talking about in their own coverage maps.
So how come they have a DS3 feeding the site in Ukiah? Seems kind of wasteful. They have 2 sites in Humboldt, one is backhauled with multiple T1s, and the other is fiber fed. Seems like a MASSIVE waste of money to feed sites with such capacity, but not allocate it to users.

It's probably why they are losing so much money. Sprint wants them to stop deploying WiMax and turn their attention to LTE. But Sprint will only fund them enough to serve as overflow capacity for Sprint. Now if Clearwire can find some other funding then they can deploy LTE in additional places, but I don't see them been able to find funding. I'm hoping that Apple or Google do fund them but that's just a fantasy.
Windows Live/ Mobile Site is COOL now!
