People be aware of rhapsody "free trial" you will be charge!!!

Couple weeks ago i received a txt mssge from metro offering me a free 90 days trial of rhapsody free music and bla bla bla. So i accepted, of course thinking to cancel before it expired, anyways i never got a confirmation txt , so i forgot about it, yesterday i got my billing txt. It was $76 dollars!!! (my monthly bill is 60 with international calling) so i called costumer service and they refused to removed the charge!!!!! Because "i used the service" and i said wtf!!!!???? First they offer me a free trial and now they charging me???!!!!!! So is $16 to use that crap??? End of history....they just charged me 4 bucks cuze the days or something. But is still....i do not really care about the 4 dollars, is the fact that i feel like a got robbed, never had any issues with THEM (excluding the worthless costumer service at the store), but really i noticed their ads and free offers are very misleading, the other day i saw on the spanish tv offering the samsung admire with 4g speeds, wtf?, nope from the local store or anything like, it was official metroTV AD

i hope this help other people to decide before sing up for a "free trial" dont screw-robbed like they did to me!!!! It was $4 dollars for me, now multiple that for millions of costumers, they will pocketed a very good profit, now i'm realized that metro is not different from another contract carrier, sucks!!!!!

Yes, it is included with the $60 unlimited plan.

When I bought the phone, the corporate store "upgraded" me to the $60 plan. I didn't complain, I was so happy to finally get this phone! But I'm probably going back to the $50 plan next month. I'm curious how much data I actually use.

According to Consumer Reports most smartphone owners consume less than 500mb per month of data:

go there and look at that chart.
Your creed may be interesting, but your deeds are much more convincing.

Thats odd, If trial is 90 days(3 months) and it just recently started couple of weeks ago why would it raise your monthly rate IF the trial promotion has not expired yet?

    FAQs
Q1: Are customers that purchase an LG Optimus, Huawei Ascend or a Huawei Ascend Tapout Special Edition phone eligible for the promotion?
A1: No, only customers purchasing one of the following Android devices are eligible for the promotion: Huawei M835, Samsung Admire (Grey), Samsung Admire (Red), Samsung Galaxy Indulge, LG Esteem (coming soon), Huawei M835 Special Edition (coming soon) or the HTC Wildfire (coming soon).
There will be reporting run to confirm non-eligible devices are not being setup on the promotion.

Q2: Who can activate the new Rhapsody Music for All promo plan?
A2: Any customer with an eligible handset may be put on the Rhapsody Music for All promo plan. Now on this screen it says for the $60 plan you have your CHOICE of Rhapsody Unlimited Music or MetroSTUDIO Video on Demand so I'm assuming you have to pick one. I was not asked which one I wanted when I bought my phone.

Well it says "available" that doesn't mean "free" or "included", I'm telling u they r advertising the admire with 4g speeds on spanish TV, what u can expect in their website??? more misleading information, sooner or later we have to start reading the fine "print" on every of their promotions grrrrr

Thats mostly what happened, you were changed to the 60 Rhapsody Plan( no free trial as you're paying for the actual plan) plus the $10 International Calling( what country are you calling if you dont mind me asking, if your just calling Mexico it can be added for just $5) the $6.67 can be caused by a pro ratio as you're going from a lower to a higher rate plan

$60 Rhapsody plan started 8/18/2011 There was text message sent out saying you can now get unlimited rhapsody for $60 a month(not free)

$50 Rhapsody Promo 90 day trial started 9/23/2011 AFTER that its when they started advertising the free 3 month trial

It also says "unlimited" with the $60 plan. It doesn't say anything about being charged in the fine print.

For phones that are NOT 4G its an additional $10 to have the unlimited rhapsody So $50 Smart Phone Plan+10

For the phones that ARE 4G currently on the $60 you have the choice of picking either video on demand or rhapsody, basically they're throwing it as a freebie for the folks that want the unlimited data

Also, yes you have a choice with the 4G LTE Unlimited Premium Plan. If you have the Metro Studio plan, we can add Rhapsody for $10.00, or if you would like to switch to the 4G LTE Unlimited Premium Plan with Rhapsody Unlimited Music you can do so as well and your bill will remain the same.

I call to Venezuela (South America) it used to be 5 bucks not anymore, but isnt that bad, compare to buying those prepaid cards, anyways, probably thats what happend, but still they upgrade me for a lte plan 4g, even knowing that my phone is no capable of that, is bs, and my bad cuze I readed to fast, since I've been paying $60 month, I thought that I was elegible for that. I just want to put this word out cuze theres a lot people like me with a $50 plan plus international calling, when I saw that txt with my billing amount I felt like I wa back with ATT lol!!!
