    Warranty - Repair Times?

Have any of you sent in your phones for repair at Mobilicity? I brought my Nexus One into the corporate store and the guy told me 8 days. Almost 3 weeks now and still haven't heard back from them yet. Every time I call them, they're like they're still working on it.

How long does it usually take?

My friends HTC Snap had some issues. He sent it for warranty got it back 5 weeks later.

They did give him a "temporary phone" which sucked so much that he refused to take it.

The reason it is taking so long is because they have no more Nexus One to ship out. You have to tell your
dealer to contact GMP (the company the does the warranty swaps) and give them the ok to swap it to the HTC Panache. That is the phone that is being swapped for the Nexus One. The TM506, HTC Snap and the Mobiflip
are also out of stock , they are being swapped by the LG Wink, and the Motorola Spice

Do you know if it's fine to swap with a Nexus S? The reason why I got the Nexus One is because it has the true Android experience not HTC Sense.

Do you know if it's a new Panache or a used/refurbished one?

Don't they normally give you a loaner phone of similar value? When my good friend's Panache was being repaired, he was given the nexus S as a loaner so he had no problem.

When I dropped my phone off, they ran out of loaner phones...they actually had a "waiting list" for the loaner phones that was quite long.

Since I have a Huawei U7519 that I got from Mobilicity store at Centrepoint mall for free when they had a grand opening special...I didn't bother with signing up for the "waiting list" since the customer rep said that it would only take 8-10 days.

I guess at that point I should have known that they take a long time to repair phones...but what other choice do I have?
